Each bonbon/truffle consists in the core of a filled chocolate shell with a filling of ganàche (The soft core of chocolate, organic cream and other natural fresh ingredients) .
This filled chocolate 'ball' is then rolled with a layer of the best chocolate and 'purely natural' ingredients for the outer layer.
In addition to a lot of flavor and a special bite , this naturally also gives the special and often colorful appearance to the ChocolaDNA truffles.
