Every bonbon & truffle are handicrafts where the creativity of Gerben & Mark stands for absolute top quality. At the core, Chocoladna truffles consist of a filled chocolate ball with a filling of ganache (The soft core, a mixture of chocolate, unwhipped organic cream and other natural ingredients that have been added to taste) .
This filled shell is wrapped in chocolate and 'purely natural' ingredients for the outer layer.
In addition to a lot of flavor and a special bite , this naturally also gives the special and often colorful appearance to the Chocoladna truffles.
Shelf life:
The chocolate is delivered fresh and has a shelf life of at least 4 months from delivery. Store the chocolate dry and at room temperature (in the luxury box is fine) but outside the fridge. Preferably do not store chocolate in the refrigerator because of condensation.
