Each bonbon/truffle consists in the core of a filled chocolate shell with a filling of ganàche (The soft core, a mixture of chocolate, unwhipped organic cream and other natural ingredients that have been added to taste) .
This filled shell is then rolled in chocolate and 'purely natural' ingredients for the outer layer.
In addition to a lot of flavor and a special bite , this naturally also gives the special and often colorful appearance to the Chocoladna truffles.
