The combination makes Blei is our experience. In our opinion, the best description would be that this is a strong, full drink with the structure of Baileys (so not thick like eggnog). An ideal drink for during Easter brunch or after Easter dinner. And in doing so we are actually doing ourselves a disservice because it also makes us sad at any other time before or after Easter.
Delicious to drink neat with a cube of ice, but also as an aperitif and with or with coffee.
